If the event is cancelled or postponed after you have booked your ticket, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. You then have the choice of transferring your ticket to the next available dates or receiving a refund.
If you wish to terminate your participation in the gathering at your own request (cancellation request) a refund minus £25 administration fee applies if this request is submitted in writing to hello@evolvethejourney.com within 7 days of purchase (cooling off period). If you wish to terminate your participation in the gathering at your own request (cancellation request) after the 7 day cooling off period 50% of the ticket price will be charged.
Life is uncertain and we understand that best intentions to attend Evolve 2023 could frustrated by factors and circumstances beyond your control so to avoid payment forfeiture due to unforeseen circumstances, we recommend that you secure adequate travel insurance.
Participation at Evolve 2023 is at your own risk. The Evolve Team only assumes liability for such damages that may occur through grossly negligent or deliberate behaviour and assumes no liability for accidents or the actions of any third party.
A valid identification document with confirmation of your ticket must be presented at Registration in exchange for a wristband which you are required to wear to ensure your participation in all sessions. Evolve 2023 will adhere to Greek regulations regarding COVID, which are subject to change.
The Evolve Team is committed to creating an exciting and fulfilling gathering. In line with the name of this gathering, the program is subject to change and evolution. The Evolve Team will endeavour to ensure that any changes reflect the spirit and essence presented on this website and other promotional materials.
